The last time I went there the server was great, but that's where it ends. I ordered 3 soft tacos and waited a half hour! Never again!

The food was fresh other than the large piece of plastic in my Mexican pizza.
Serve was ok at first but once we got our food, we were completely ignored by the staff when trying to get sauce packets.
Anyone ever hear of customer service? We literally we loudly asking for help and not a single person even acknowledge us.

If you’re passing by and craving Taco Bell, DO NOT COME HERE, you’re better off going to McDonalds or Carls Junior across the street. It takes nearly 30-45 minutes to get my order done every time, and over the past 5 times I’ve been here they’ve never gotten my order right. The employers look like they’d rather be somewhere else. The dining room tables were dirty and crumb filled. I do love Taco Bell but this place is a disgrace to the name. 0 Stars.

If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would. I have come here a few times cause it’s the only Taco Bell near me, and never once have they gotten my full order right. The longest I waited for my order was 40 minutes, and sometimes that’s with ordering ahead on the app. The food is not worth the price. My usual order is a cheese quesadilla and the cheese is usually never fully melted and it tastes like I’m eating a tortilla with sauce in it. Would not recommend

A fairly lazy effort even for a Taco Bell. In a town with few culinary options, this establishment makes no attempt to stand out. Poor food preparation and also surprisingly inaccurate considering you enter the order into a computer. I suppose I only have myself to blame for going to Taco Bell in the first place.

We ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito, with certain things taken out and extra things added in. What we got was not that, nothing was changed and it fact the burrito was cold. It seems like everytime we come to this location they get it wrong, we love taco bell but this is just disappointing.

We were driving back to Tucson from Colorado and stopped at this taco bell 12 minutes before they closed. She could have said No to such a big order so late but she didn't she made our 4 person order perfectly and we didn't even have to ask for sauce. Great management and staff, thank you.

It was really tuff to just get 1 burrito. They wanted my name, wanted me to download a app, wanted my phone number, wanted me to use their app. I just want a single burrito. I don't want to learn a computer program, I don't want messages sent to me. Why is ordering a single burrito so complex? I am not happy

Horrible experience here. Took forever to get the food. Then my son asked a guy for the code to the restroom, the guy put his hand in my hands face and yelled 5 seconds to him
He looked like was on drugs it was a black guy with longish braids or dreads not sure. He needs to be talked to about his customer service skills, you don't talk like that to . child then he proceeds to leave, passes my son and completely ignores him. Never going back there and so not recommend.

I just wanted to send a huge shout out and thank you to Logan the ARM at the Holbrook, AZ Taco Bell. After a very lengthy car trip, I had gone through the drive-thru and did not realize I had not gotten my credit card back. Realizing it several hours and many miles later, I called the restaurant and spoke with Logan. He indicated he had it and assured me he would get it back to me. With Christmas approaching, he took the time to communicate about how he could return it and when he would be in the area where I was staying-since mailing things this time of year is hard to gauge. On Christmas morning, I met him early as he was passing on his way to visit family, and he handed it back to me. With everything happening in the world today, it was a reminder of the decency of others, someone taking the time to fix a problem and also just doing it in such a sweet, personal way. Logan was earnest and helpful, and I just want to say how appreciative I am. So...count me in as a huge and very grateful fan.
