I frequently pass through Holbrook, AZ for my job. Yesterday I decided to have dinner at Tom & Suzie's. The food was alright, but they had their big screen television set, with the volume loud, to Joe Biden's speech. I do not like Joe Biden and his voice gets under my skin. Arriving at 6;30 on a Thursday night we were able to find a seat in a fully packed restaurant. We were asked about drinks immediately. Since the restaurant was packed the 2 waitresses had their hands full. But they were attentive and kept us updated on our orders. It did take a bit of time however, later we found out there was a single cook who also was training a new staff member. Kudos to the kitchen staff for getting the food out hot and ready to eat.
