“I ordered my coffee at 5:15pm. I noticed several folks in line on both the receiving and ordering positions. Although the service was slow I was impressed by the one and only worker attending to all the customers. He remained positive, calm and especially patient. Thank you!“

“I live in Ohio and my 97 year-old grandmother and 74-year-old mother who cannot drive live in Kingman. DoorDash didn’t offer an item that my mom desperately needed for her cappuccinos that she makes at home, and Starbucks was unable to take a payment over the phone to send with my DoorDash. I still ordered two lattes for the old ladies. Two their excited eyes was a surprise from Starbucks. Thank you, Tina. “The coffee was great but extremely hot. For some reason the lid on my husband's cup came off and he got a burn when the coffee sloshed out. The cup seemed to keep bending when holding allowing the lid to come off and the coffee to spill. My cup did not do that.“
