The staff, led by Kim, provide excellent customer service. Despite the high turnover rate of employees, the food remains consistently good. However, some customers have noticed an excessive amount of mayonnaise and ketchup on their burgers, affecting the taste. Requesting no mayonnaise seems to greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, Burger King has great potential if they make condiments optional rather than automatically adding them, potentially bringing back the taste that customers once loved.
