McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that serves a variety of menu items, including the popular Big Mac and fish fillet. While some customers enjoy their meals, others have faced issues with service and orders. There have been complaints about rude staff, wrong orders, and delays. One customer mentioned receiving a diet soda instead of a regular Coke, which was concerning due to allergies. Another customer experienced long wait times and lost interest in ordering after waiting inside. However, some employees have turned bad situations into positive experiences. One reviewer praised an employee named McKenzie for going above and beyond to fix a wrong mobile order, ensuring everything was hot and fresh when it was brought home. Despite the mixed reviews, many customers still hold on to their favorite menu items, hoping for a better experience next time.
