Donuts are always Nice and Fresh but Customer Service is Wack!! They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in no hello good mornings no nothing just act like you walking in just to walk in it’s very rude and unprofessional! Believe it or not you will lose customers this way because imma walk back out everytime and spend my money elsewhere! Good customer service starts there! Train your staff to do better!
Used to come here before and the croissants used to be nice and hot now when I went the past few times that the younger girls been working the croissants are not warm enough and twice they gave me the wrong order. Hope this can get fixed soon I really like this place but if it continues I will stop going at this point.
Always a treat to visit and get those famous donuts and I do often so was a disappointment the last 2 visits because I also bought a coffee, nothing fancy just a black hot coffee and both times my coffee was room temperature and that is enough not to visit again.
