The WPRST drive thru experience EVER! Pulled up about 4:30am never been before& the male order taker has an attitude and is unresponsive while trying to order! I think he was trying to pretend he couldn't hear& the place was close. I ended up driving off with no food. My family & I won't be back to this place. Thanks

This company advertised a buy one get one free deal through UberEats. After placing my order, they took back the deal and charged me full price. UberEats customer service was not helpful because the store claimed the deal did not exist. I showed them a screenshot of the BOGO offer, and still no luck. I've ordered from this store numerous times without issues, but this was inconsiderate enough to convince me to never return.

Agua de horchata muy mala pura agua con azúcar tuve k comprar otra agua pero de jamaica el baño de damas limpio pero no tienen papel nisiquiera toallitas para secar las manos ni cubre asientos

The customer service is insane! they are rude and not professional. Even coming up to the window i got nasty attitude from both cashiers. I dont live far from this location and my burritos were cold once i was trying to eat it. its very disappointing.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 min waiting to place an order. No one responded. I pulled to the window. Tried knocking on the window and grabbing someone's attention. I could hear people in the kitchen, but still were unresponsive. As I'm leaving the drive thru I see the employee just sitting in the lobby as she's staring at me when I finally left. A simple "we're closed" or anything would have been helpful.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The food is great and the place is very clean! Really enjoy dining inside!
