Place smells horrid. Have to breathe in through my mouth to order. It used to only come from the entrance of store but it has spread. Can’t imagine how anyone could eat at their tables with that smell.

My order has been incorrect here multiple times. Even after correcting it while ordering, it still came out wrong. It’s pretty frustrating and I hope they start double-checking orders more carefully.

Got a mangoneda and was the worst flavor ever all I tasted was faucet water mango looked a little dry and old. Not going there again.

They are so slow and I’m pretty sure they use faucet water to make the ice for the drinks and stuff like that I’ve been in this place 2 times and both times very disappointed I order a mangoneada in my second visit and tasted horrible the ice again tasted like faucet water and mango was really old tasting I’m not coming back to this place anymore Not wondering why this place is always empty with not business

I will always complain about the price when the food or snack is not good. Got nachos that were super stale. Everything there seems way overpriced. Also got an horchata that was pretty much all ice.

I dont know why I keep giving this place a try over and over again when I now know they lack in their food. Each time something is wrong with their food items. Most of the time the cucumbers are sour, another time the chips were stale. This last time I ordered a raspado and you could taste the syrup had gone bad.

I bought a fruit cup that had a small portion size and the fruit was clearly old. The watermelon, melon, mango all had a rubbery texture and the cucumber was pale white instead of green. The fruit wasn’t edible at all. I had to throw it away.
It was our first and last time visiting this place and I'm very disappointed. Snacks are okish, It's pricey for the amount that is given. Customer service needs to worked on. They had a little bit of attitude towards is while we were ordering and they forgot to get us 2 of our items so we had to remind them twice. We just got home and in our chorreada my brother took our a piece of paper

Waited for over 45 minutes for 2 raspados. The ladies just kept talking instead of making the orders. Over priced and extremely slow service and rude. Don’t recommend this place.

They sell fake Labubus and say they’re original. For $50. If you buy one check The QR code from the back. They did give me my money back but in cash because they said they couldn’t refund my card.
