They had a little bit of attitude towards is while we were ordering and they forgot to get us 2 of our items so we had to remind them twice. First time visiting this location and was very disappointed. No greeting didn't even notice the lady on the register. When I got there she didn't look very happy. She charged me the same price for all my ice creams even though one was smaller. When i asked her about it she didn't know what to say. I just let it pass since she just didn't look in the mood and look at me in a rude way. Will never go back for sure!

$8 dollars for a medium vanilla raspados is expensive. Half of ice was melted when the gave it to me and it had a sort of old taste to it.
Not only were the items poorly served but it was like dead in there. The atmosphere was bad and plus I think their A/C was broken because it was super humid inside. Not going back there. I forgot to take a picture of the sad raspado and tostielote that were barely filled up how they supposed to.

Disappointing Drinks at 51st & Broadway La Carreta de Lily!
This is the third time we've visited the location at 51st Avenue and Broadway because it's convenient to our final destination. However, this recent visit was a letdown.
We ordered two drinks: a Jamaican drink and a vanilla shake. Unfortunately, the Jamaican drink was a major disappointment. It tasted old and stale, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. The vanilla shake, on the other hand, was thankfully enjoyable.
Considering the price of $15 for just two drinks, the quality was simply not worth it. We won't be returning for drinks in the future based on this experience.

As it is the prices are freaking ridiculous, usually we will drive to oasis in central much better quality and prices, but the 1 star is so to the 2 older ladies that work here horrible customer service like if you are bothering them to do their job and is the same every time. I really don’t know why I keep coming back.
