Place was a bit dirty and they were out of a lot of stuff. I was there at what should be a dinner rush time but they weren't busy. I said when they were out of things my son wanted that they probably ran out during the rush and the kid said no it just didn't get prepped right. So instead of someone prepping it they just decided not to have it for the shift.
