I love the variety of flavors they provide of frozen yogurt and the toppings. I've always been greeted nicely and the place is clean and well kept. I don't think I've ever seen a fly in there, seriously.

i’ve lived in many parts of phoenix and have been to many locations but this location by far doesn’t know how to manage anything. Very unprofessional. Worst experience, don’t come here
I went to get some froyo with my little sister. I get into the store and it looked like it was going to be a good experience. Boy was I wrong, I was picking out my flavors and one of the employees was looking at me weird and acting like I did something, mind you this I'd my first time ever in this store. I was going to ask for the manager to put their employee in check just to find out the one looking at me weird was the manager. Also the strawberries were moldy 0 out of 10 would not go again.
The staff is always rude dirty looks and condescending they are very unprofessional especially the older short lady
They get pissed at people trying the free samples, makes you not want to spend money there go to the juice place next door instead
Went to Zoyo last night. Women walked in holding her non service dog. She was Touching yogurt machines, spoon handles for serving toppings and switching arms with dog. The dog was in her arms while at the buffet getting toppings. The workers saw her, rung her up, and did nothing. It was very nasty. I’ll be driving to 24th st and baseline location going forward.

30 min before closing. Busy, and 3/4 of the machines were empty. “They’re just frozen” the worker said. That’s because it’s empty. And when the low lights are flashing…. I understand 30 min before closing and it makes it easier not to add more mix to empty out at closing, but that is the job.
Terrible ingredients. Food dyes, gums. NOT Healthy for your gut as advertised
Love this yogurt! Self-serve machines. They offer plenty of topping. Refreshing all year around.
Wasn't worth the money. The flavor wasn't very good either. $12 for 2 people.

Great local spot to take your kids or yourself for a nice treat. Came on my son’s birthday and they gave him a discount! Very clean and great staff.
