Drive thru attendant put in wrong order. Asked drive thru 1 to read it back. It was wrong I told him to change it. He said yeah that's what I got and didn't change it. I got to the second window and the manager handed me 2 wrong cold coffee and 1 wrong hot coffee. Then she refused to remake the coffee. She said "want a refund?". No I want my coffee. Window service was horrible, and she would not make eye contest
Went to this McDonald’s drive thru. The young man was very friendly HOWEVAH...Where are they taught to give customers crushed cups? For all I know he could have stepped on it! And there was PowerAide on the cup even though my drink was a Tropical Sprite. Howwww is this an acceptable presentation? I waited for a minute for him to come back, but he walked away from the window and I was too tired to wait any longer. #needsmoretraining #stilldisapointing
