THIS was an unexpected pleasure AND place to grab a quick bite to eat!!!! I had 2 physician's appointments in this building known as MHC Healthcare Main. I was starving but hesitated to leave the building when another patient told me about The Copper Cafe located in the same building on the main level. I had no clue this little Cafe was even INSIDE this building. Moreover, it's open to the public! Their menu is impressive with great daily breakfast AND lunch specials...
I stopped by for the first time today and I’m glad I did. The employees were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and healthy, the iced mocha was perfect, not too sweet and perfectly chilled and the prices were ridiculously low, considering the quality of the food. Will definitely be going back again soon.
Very pleasant staff, and seating area. Their sausage breakfast burrito was of good quality and well priced menu options. My favorite is that the payment system doesn't have the pressure end of transaction tip.
