This was a class act! Our 50th anniversary dinner was so special. We arrived early to listen to the Native American flutist. The receptionist commented on our anniversary. Our waiter was terrific and chatted about our special day. The other servers also complimented us. It was such a personal experience! The food was superb. The wine great. And the lemon cube dessert was to die for! It was quiet. Perfect ambiance! I highly recommend the Core Kitchen. It was worth the extra money for a truly exceptional experience.
Love celebrating at the Core Kitchen at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain!!! The entire staff was outstanding, including Nick the bartender and Dylan our waiter. Thank you for a wonderful evening celebrating our son's college graduation!!
The food is delicious ! Big variety but the best part was the joy especially Rebecca and Gabi brought to us every morning, they are so kind and great at their job. Big thanks !

The good news is that the Core Restaurant didn't charge us for the D---ny's quality brunch. I had mistakenly booked an earlier table believing it was the prix fixe(?) which didn't happen until after 5. My mistake. According to the Open Table listing, that De--ny's brunch would have cost us both just shy of $400. We've been to the Ritz in years past for holiday dinners, but this was unbelievable. I still can't believe this happened.

Unfortunately this was a below average food experience having gone here for 4 years. The pastry cakes were dry and crumbly - an overnight storage issue I guess. The turkey was undercooked and chewy- how do you not check it before you start serving? The prime roast was also tough and difficult to even cut or chew. The 3 items here are the central point of a thanksgiving feast. The service was impeccable and be made to order omelettes and seafood buffet or fine. The caviar was great. But at the price, I would've expected the entrées to be at the top and they were not.
A lovely experience. Food, service, setting all great. The ONLY negative....outside of the outrageous prices...was a loaf of dry bread...inedible
Arguably the best meal I have had in quite a long time. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was marvelous and helped enhance the experience with her attention to detail and friendly presence. The chef learned that my wife and I were on a date night for the first time in awhile and sent the most amazing appetizer to the table on the house. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and the surroundings were so beautiful. Definitely put it on your list for a special night out!
Was staying at the resort for a weekend getaway from Washington in July. Every steak I’ve had at since having dinner at CORE has disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with Core Kitchen. Great service and food. Corn bisque was fantastic. Service was great!
All of us had the tenderloin with mashed potatoes and mushrooms as sides. We ordered two of the steak sauces and Chef sent a third as well. All steaks were cooked exactly as we wanted, all the side dishes were incredibly delicious as well. Chef sent us bonbons that were served on rocks with liquid nitrogen poured in and it smelled exactly like the monsoon rain. Very cool! Since it was my birthday I was given a choice of a dessert and I picked the sorbet trio which was ample enough for us all to share. Service was excellent and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent service. but far too overpriced for the quality of what you get. Solid appetizers, but disappointing entree. Shared a 16oz ribeye that cost $95. The steak was dry both in taste and appearance and was also overcooked and under seasoned. For a restaurant that devotes a whole section of its menu to steaks, you should know how to properly cook and serve them. This one looked just as unappealing as it tasted.
This whole resort is outstanding. Beautiful setting, outstanding service. Duvan, and Marcus gave exceptional service! You can cut the steak with s butter knife!
The food and service was impeccable! They brought us fresh made sourdough bread with many specialty butter options. We had the Dover scallops as an appetizer, then we ordered the 16oz ribeye each. Everything was so delicious!!This place is fantastic for celebrating life 🍾
