A lovely experience. Food, service, setting all great. The ONLY negative....outside of the outrageous prices...was a loaf of dry bread...inedible

Arguably the best meal I have had in quite a long time. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was marvelous and helped enhance the experience with her attention to detail and friendly presence. The chef learned that my wife and I were on a date night for the first time in awhile and sent the most amazing appetizer to the table on the house. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and the surroundings were so beautiful. Definitely put it on your list for a special night out!

Had a wonderful experience with Core Kitchen. Great service and food. Corn bisque was fantastic. Service was great!

All of us had the tenderloin with mashed potatoes and mushrooms as sides. We ordered two of the steak sauces and Chef sent a third as well. All steaks were cooked exactly as we wanted, all the side dishes were incredibly delicious as well. Chef sent us bonbons that were served on rocks with liquid nitrogen poured in and it smelled exactly like the monsoon rain. Very cool! Since it was my birthday I was given a choice of a dessert and I picked the sorbet trio which was ample enough for us all to share. Service was excellent and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent service. but far too overpriced for the quality of what you get. Solid appetizers, but disappointing entree. Shared a 16oz ribeye that cost $95. The steak was dry both in taste and appearance and was also overcooked and under seasoned. For a restaurant that devotes a whole section of its menu to steaks, you should know how to properly cook and serve them. This one looked just as unappealing as it tasted.

This whole resort is outstanding. Beautiful setting, outstanding service. Duvan, and Marcus gave exceptional service! You can cut the steak with s butter knife!

I always love going to Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain. The service at every restaurant there is always very attentive and courteous. The scenery is beautiful and quiet. This time I decided to try the Australian Wagyu at core restaurant and I was okay with it. It was cooked perfect to medium. But the piece of meat was not worth $95 Wagyu. It was not that tender or soft but on the rough side like the quality of meat is ok. Will not be ordering the Australian Wagyu again.

We were celebrating a birthday and the staff seemed to go through extraordinary hoops to ensure our experience was memorable. The restaurant offers a made on site bread with three unique butters, and we were introduced to the Chef's special dish. The palate cleanse was pomegranate slush that was very refreshing. Entree was just phenomenal in terms of a food experience because we were introduced to pickled grapes that accompanied the scallops. We were so full that we enjoyed sorbet for dessert. Delightful!

The entire experience at core restaurant was enchanting- the views-the staff-the chef-all the food ! Incredible! We went for our anniversary and it's definitely a favorite of ours!

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by the hostess till we left 2 hours later we felt like we were royalty. We were celebrating a birthday and our server Sonya was most gracious in answering our questions. We went early and sat outside. For the longest time we had our own private dining area. The chef surprised us with some culinary treats to go along with our scallops and braised veal cheeks. What a magnificent dining experience!!!

Everything was great, except we counted 8 flies at the window where we were seated. Kind of lessened the experience of the desert mountain view. The flies kept on going after our food too, but the waitress brought out a fly fan which helped.

Disappointing! My husband and I dined at the Core while staying for the weekend and ordered the scallop appetizer (very yummy, recommend!) and we both ordered the tenderloin plus some sides to share. Both steaks were ordered medium rare. Hubby’s steak was medium and mine was completely brown inside, well-done. Husband went ahead and ate his (starving after doing a bathroom remodel all day) but mine was way too over cooked to eat so they offered to re-cook. After about 15-20 minutes, another plate was provided and they asked me to cut into it to confirm it was cooked to my liking. This one was brown and mealy looking around the outside with a raw interior. I could not eat it. I munched on fries, but the other sides were cold at that point, not to mention undesirable without a main course to eat with them. We waited forever for our check, water was never re-filled throughout the hour and a half we were there. Very disappointing experience and will not return.

We celebrated our anniversary at CORE and enjoyed a fantastic meal and outstanding, friendly service. Marcus (our waiter) and Roger (the sommelier) provided great recommendations for food and wine, which when combined with their excellent service resulted in a fabulous experience.
