We stayed at the hotel and ate here three times, all of which were great. The sushi was amazing and very fresh along with the sashimi. The edamame, miso soup, and ramen were all good, but nothing special. We also had the cheeseburger and salmon which were delicious. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and very friendly. This is defiantly the restaurant to go to at the hotel, since CORE Kitchen is closed.
Delicious food and stunning view! We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday there! Shout to Sarah for assisting us. She was great! Make sure to make a reservation before going there. :)
Our server Gretel was great!!! She made food suggestions and the on tap lager which was really nice!!

The staff, including servers like Christian and Erica, treat guests like royalty. Christian, in particular, is known for providing great service despite managing many tables. Live music from talented musicians adds to the perfect environment, with guitar music enhancing the ambiance. While prices are high, the overall experience at Ignite is well worth it, making it a top choice among fine dining restaurants in Tucson.
