Good meal. Good service. Mushrooms were one of the best bites. The burrata was sweet, not great. Bread service was delicious.
We had both dinner one evening and breakfast the next morning at CORE during our stay and both meals were excellent!
Dinner was definitely the highlight. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling overly formal and the mountain views create an incredible setting, especially around sunset. The food is way better than you’d expect at a resort. Perfect New York Steak. Burger worthy of going back for. Delightfully designed salads. Lovely staff.
