The experience here was not up to par with the service expected of a luxury establishment. I waited 5 minutes for a menu, the food was unfortunately just average and missing a main ingredient. The service was friendly but not very attentive. If you want average food and a nice relaxing view, this is fine. Just dont come expecting to be called by name or a table crumbed between courses.
Of course the Ritz Carlton brand is known for great hotels, and Dove Mountain doesn't disappoint. Ignite Lounge is so inviting, and the scenery is gorgeous. We dined on a Thursday so were able to sample the delicious sushi offerings. Our main courses were superb as well, including the elevated Sonoran Hotdog, short ribs, fish and chips, and crispy chicken. Service was outstanding as one would expect. We've had a phenomenal experience here! From the architectural beauty, interior design, overall ambiance including live flute and classical guitar music in the background- the setting was impeccable! The food was amazing- from presentation (superb!) to taste. The service- top notch. We even had a souse chef come out and check in with us to see how we were enjoying everything! What? Amazing!
