“German chocolate shake???? Ummmm YES!!!! Never been as from out of state, referred by a local park ranger earlier in day (Thank you Ms. Ranger) and stopped on reverse trip back to hotel. Everyone in car very happy, shake, iced coffee and hot coffee, so many choices🤯, wished lived local but we will find another before we leave for home. Your Sunday night ladies were fabulous, wish knew their names to thank properly.“

“Every year we have Chet’s Christmas Bash , Monday before Christmas we all celebrate the holidays together. Great food people are in the cheers mood which is great . Everyone dresses as Santa. I want to give a shout out to Chet for being the best Santa along with Dustin being Santa’s sidekick. Thank you for the great year 2023 . Nathan who leave for Sweden you will be missed.“

“I ordered the Big Cheez-it box - which was fantastic btw - but the fries were cold. I was hungry and wasn’t going to care, but Shari came out with a fresh, hot order a few minutes after we sat down because she wanted to make sure we had gotten warm fresh fries!
I was absolutely stunned Shari cared so much she had to bring me fresh fries! I love it! 5 stars, Shari needs a raise and Recognition of stellar customer service!

“Really happy with our service and mostly our server Sherry she is the best server there that weve had ! She was extremely friendly asked us about our meal filled our drinks and just made our day ! I would go back just to have the amazing experience we had with her ! She asked us about if we wanted appetizers dessert or mimosas even ! Really recommend this Cracker Barrel !!!“

“I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks this location on my first visit. Even though there was a small mix-up with my order, the young man (didn’t catch his name) working handled it with such professionalism. On top of correcting my order, he went above and beyond to make things right. I was truly in awe by his genuine kindness. The managers at this location really did a great job with training employees because all of the employees here are great. Customer service at Starbucks everywhere else is usually a hit or miss, mostly miss, but this Arizona Pavillions Rd. location has always been amazing! Because of that I always go to this location now.“
