“We have lived in Maricopa for ~3 years, While the city has many places to eat, it does not have many sit-down restaurants where you, your wife and others can sit and enjoy an excellent meal brought to you by waiters who know what they are doing. My wife, Jan and I have eaten there multiple times and have been waited on by Kayla who besides being a conscious waiter, is also knowledge of the very drinkable wine and also the bourbon on hand. We have especially enjoyed a bottle of Prisoners Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Kerr, etc. at her recommendation. Arroyo is the place we go to when we just want to veg out for a while. We have sat outside on the backside, looking out over the golf course, and watch the sun set. Keep in mind as it is a golf course full-service restaurant, it can be noisy as golfers come in off the course. Fun to listen to them at times. However, the food and Kayla's recommendations and service are worth experiencing all of which make for a nice evening being there to relax.”

“This was my second happy hour visit and the bruschetta and Aperol Spritz the bartender suggested were both amazing. The service is consistently friendly the vibe is relaxing and with the live music it felt like a hidden gem I definitely want to visit again.”

“Its pretty good Mexican food. They do have a good menu. I would say its a little above Filibertos. Carne Asada tastes like its cooked on a griddle or iron flat grill. Not charcoal and open flame. But still very tasty. Down side it's only open a 4 days. Amazing service though.”

“This place has to be my favorite taco spot. All the meat is full of flavor little spicy but worth it. I love they have a corn or flour tortilla option for their tacos. Their burritos are humongous with a variety of toppings inside of them very flavorful love this place for a taco truck not a bad location And even when it’s hot outside, they make their tacos and food in a timely manner.”

“I’m leaving this review because I had an awesome experience. I placed a same-day catering platter order, and the team really went above and beyond to make it happen. They handled everything quickly and professionally, which I truly appreciated.

When I went to pick up the order, the customer service was excellent, and it was ready exactly at the time I requested. On top of that, a gentleman (I believe he may have been a supervisor) offered to help me carry the large platter out, which really stood out to me.

He also mentioned they’ll be offering that same platter for a great price on Super Bowl Sunday, which is good to know!

Definitely give them a try. I can’t thank this team enough for the service and care they provided. Highly recommend!”

“Delicious raspberry cheesecake cookie. The Graham cracker flavored cookie was moist but yet firm enough not to crumble when bitten into. There was just enough sweet cream frosting and the raspberry preserves were just right. Also. It was not too sweet either. A good balance of flavors.
I was highly disappointed though that only on their third day of the week, they were already out of their Holiday tree cake /cookie.
Also, as always, their cookies are way too expensive to eat for more than an occasional treat.”

“Yogurt Jungle is a Maricopa gem! The theme is very cute, the prices are great, there’s a little table for kids playing movies, there’s a wide variety of flavors and toppings, the employees are nice, and the biggest thing, it is ALWAYS clean. I genuinely appreciate that the store is always spotless, the toppings are kept very tidy and fresh. The punch cards are really nice too, and they even send them when you order delivery so you don’t miss out on a free yogurt. Absolutely adore this place!”

“My wife and I held a fund raising event for our non profit organization on Saturday, 11February2022 at Copper Sky (here in Maricopa.) The manager (Chris Morrissey) supported our event by donating 10 pizzas for the musicians at the event. Chris was very polite and professional. The food was great and we really appreciated it his support. We recommend his restaurant for it's great pizza but more importantly, his support of our organization and the Maricopa community.”

“We recently tried Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. As a first-time visitor, I was given a free custard, which was a nice touch. I had the jalapeño double steakburger, and my wife had the California burger with onion rings. Both the burgers and the onion rings were great. The fries were good too, though they reminded me of picnic sticks. We enjoyed the custard with Butterfinger topping; it was similar to a Blizzard. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere, reminiscent of a 50s diner, added to the charm.”

“You know... Not many bakeries would go so out of their way to make sure your order gets to you no matter what, ESPECIALLY on Valentines Night, one of THE busiest night for bakeries. Karla is such a sweet person, inside and out and she is going to go so far in life with her kindness. On top of everything was over the top delicious! What you did for me may not have seemed like much but with the stressful busy day I had, it was one of the nicest things I've ever had done for me. I am obsessed with the Strawberry Cookie that Ate the Cheesecake! It’s literally a moist sugar cookie with the most amazing cheesecake and toppings. She has more flavors that are delicious as well.

Her prices are reasonable and she ensures you get your money’s worth.

Whether you’re into classics or want to try something a little different, she has options that don’t disappoint.

“Had Loco Tonys cater a birthday party. Supplied chicken and asada tacos , rice, beans, tortillas, red and green salsa, cilantro, onions, limes. Every bit of it was excellent. Authentic taste and quality meat. Service and communication was solid. I highly recommend these guys.”

“I placed an online order after starting a rewards program. I received a free all American burger and switched to cheddar cheese/no color for the beef and it was char grilled to perfection. It was juicy and full of flavor. It had lettuce, tomato, and pickles with ketchup for dipping. I also added a side of onion rings with ranch. All in all, the food was delicious. I was only able to eat half, so I’m excited to have leftovers. I only gave a 4 star because of the price. I only paid $2.73 total since the burger was free, but I probably wouldn’t return unless I had a reward in the app. The total would’ve been $21, so $18 for just a burger? That’s actually insane and should be changed. You would get a lot more customers if you lowered the price.”

“Brooklyn Boys Pizzeria & Restaurant in Maricopa absolutely nailed it. We ordered the family combo and every single item was a hit. The hot honey wings were perfectly crispy with the right balance of sweet and heat, and the garlic parm wings were packed with flavor. The large pepperoni pizza was classic, cheesy, and done just right. But honestly… the Caesar salad stole the show — probably the best Caesar salad I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, perfectly dressed, and not an afterthought like it usually is at pizza places. Amazing food, great value, and we’ll definitely be back.”

“This was our third time eating at Chop and Brew. My favorite is their lollipop lamb chops with pistachio chimichurri sauce, ask for medium cooked to perfection. This time as a side I had mushroom orzo absolutely yummy. Hubby had Clam Chowder and Mac and Cheese, if it had been me having the Mac and Cheese I would have added the lobster side. The City of Maricopa is really lacking in really upscale restaurants and we are so very glad we found Chop and Brew for our date nights out.”

“ok so I normally LOVE this store and I have never had a problem!!! until today... the lady that normally makes my sandwich is soo sweet she always makes it just how I like it!!! well she wasnt there today and i am very saddened by this because my sandwich the number 7 is not the way I like it and they put lettuce on it when we asked for pickles!2 times mind you! I wish I knew the ladys name!! she has short dark color hair she needs to be there every day!! jk I know she needs time off to but she makes mine the best!!”

“I have nothing bad to say about Bahama Buck's in Maricopa. It's expensive but they really go all out taking shave ice to the next level. The flavors and combinations they have are amazing and certainly worth the cost for an occasional cold treat in the desert. People have always been very friendly and professional when I've been there. Wide variety of sizes to choose from. I've never even gotten the largest size, it must be massive, the one down takes me forever to get through, so I usually go with the third largest or smaller, but I love the options. I tried the cookies and cream ice and was shocked by the flavors. Actually quite an intelligent concoction that tasted like an Oreo. Very yummy. We love the peach cobbler too. Definitely a guilty pleasure. Not your average shave ice with syrup, this is next level.”
