“SHE CAN COOK!!!!! When I tell you I'm from the east coast and I was thrilled that this truck was coming through Maricopa? I MEAN IT! I tasted the food and it took me to a place I've been missing. Yoooo Mami, you NAILED IT! The pollo guisado was FIRE, my only criticism is throw some chicken thighs in there, otherwise the flavor profile is 100% AUTHENTIC! Relleno de papas w/ ground beef and cheese....hats off to the chef!!! Arroz con gandules.....yesssss lord! The pernil? Moist, flavourful and cooked to perfection! If you start cooking chicharrones I'm moving in that truck!!! Wonderful! Terrific! Fantastic! She Puerto Rican for real yall, this is it!!!!“

“This is my go to for tacos. Tacos and food here are fresh. They always give us abundance of salsa, cucumber, onion, and other sauces. Im sad they are only here Thurs, Fri, Sat. So I alternate taco place when they are not here. I love supporting family business.“

“Today, I tried Burrito Loco SOS, which is a kitchen located in a mobile trailer, and parked in the parking lot of a local Maricopa business. There’s a menu near the service window. I asked the guy in the window what comes on the Asada Burrito and he mentioned beans, rice, onion and cilantro. I ordered this minus the cilantro. The total was $14.19 and the card reader suggests that the patron provides a tip as well. It only took a couple minutes to prepare my food and I was on my way. It’s a decently-sized burrito, but I was expecting Carne Asada instead of ground beef, so that was a bit of a letdown. Inside the bag was two containers of salsa, two containers of tomatillo sauce and two containers of a runny guacamole. The runny guacamole sounds unappetizing, but will easily pour from the container whereas traditional thick guacamole would not be able to be poured. I really didn’t find any beans inside the burrito which makes me question if I really heard him say that beans were included. I actually prefer burritos with more meat and less filler, so the lack of beans was a plus. Also a plus is that it was not greasy. The service was great and the burrito was decent but not great. It was worth a try, and I’m glad I tried it, but I probably won’t be back.
Parking: Food truck parked in a small parking lot belonging to another local business. Not many parking spaces are available.“

“The pastor is my favorite! My kid had it and now she refuses any other kind of taco. They've really hit it out of the part with tender, flavorful meat, and it isn't gristley like some other places I've had. Hands down my #1 spot.“

“food is amazing. we've been coming here since last year. the only thing I hate about this place is the wait time. even if you order ahead of time, they're always running late. but I still think they're worth the wait because they're one of the best in this town.“
