“Some places you visit once and forget. Tacos Rodriguez is not one of those places. I first came here with one of my best friends and we went all in — Carne Asada fries, Carne Asada tacos, the works. Everything was incredible. So when I found myself housesitting in the area, coming back was a no-brainer.

This time I kept it simple: a large Horchata and the Carne Asada burrito. Perfect decision. The burrito was packed, flavorful, and exactly what I remembered — the kind of food that earns a food truck a permanent spot in your rotation. And that Horchata? Honestly one of the better ones I’ve had.

The portions are generous, the price is right, the vibe is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly every single time. This place has consistency locked down, which is hard to find anywhere let alone at a food truck.

Consistency is important to me and they're always Consistent with there flavors, salsa bar and customer service. Homemade tortillas not greasy but yet flavorful. Prices are on point.“

“Went to Chico Malo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and everything was outstanding! I noted in our reservation the special occasion and everyone at the restaurant made sure to give my husband birthday wishes - so special. Our waitress Brittney was next level and gave us excellent recommendations. The food was nothing I can even describe it was so unbelievable and I am dreaming of when we can go back. Then to top it all off Brittney brought out sparklers and the most delicious bowl of ice cream for desert to celebrate my husbands big day. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!! “I first had Frosted Frenzy when they were in my neighborhood in Gilbert over a year ago, and ever since, I knew I wanted to have their mini cupcakes at my wedding. I’ve been talking with Tami about this for over a year!! My wedding was last Friday, and the cupcakes were of course a dream. Tami is so genuine and kind, and she just truly makes the best cupcakes ever!! We had 300 minis for 88 guests, and we had a couple leftovers to enjoy afterwards, too. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried them yet! Thank you for being a highlight at my wedding! 🤍“
