Los R's Mexican Food Reviews
Came in from New Mexico, found this absolute gem serving authentic food with no gimmicks. Highly recommended and so happy we got lucky enough to enjoy their tacos before heading back out on the road.
We knew it was gonna be good the second we rolled up. Incredible food, flavors, and HEAT. Thank you!!!
Really awesome food. I had the pastor burrito (it's huge) no lettuce on it, just the things that should be, rice beans awesome pastor cilantro and onions. The red and green salsas are both great. The asada taco was great, a little small but each bite tasted great. Everything was fresh. Cash only

Los R's Mexican Food is a small restaurant that can look like a food truck, located near Papago Mountain. It offers many Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Carnitas tacos are all priced at $2.50 each, and a special of 4 Birriaqueso tacos with a beverage costs $20. Customers praise the food for being fresh and delicious, with the green and red salsas adding a spicy touch that enhances the flavors. The staff are friendly and patient, making the experience enjoyable.
Many customers were pleasantly surprised by their meals, with one mentioning that the tacos were the best they've ever had, especially with the fresh cucumber adding crunch and a little sauce for a perfect bite. The burrito is large and filled with a good mix of meat, beans, rice, and pico. The restaurant is cash-only, and there is no seating, so most people take their food to go. Some found the location a bit suspicious, but overall, it is a good option for a quick, tasty meal. Customers also enjoy the quesadilla, which is so filling that some save leftovers for breakfast. Though some think the prices for burritos are a little high, many agree the flavors are worth it.
