I am not sure how I have not experienced Birrieria Xolos before, but it will definitely be in my rotation moving forward! My cousin was visiting in town, and has lived in the area, but was looking to try something new! She found Birrieria Xolos on Yelp, and the photos cemented the choice. I'm in town visiting and wanted to try their birria pizza and it did not disappoint!!! It was sooooo good. I was greeted by a nice lady and she opened the door me as I was leaving since I had my hands full from all the food. Great service! Also I love the decor inside, wish I lived here because I would go all the time.
