“The staff at this Chipotle is outstanding. They go over and beyond with their customer service. My wife has a dairy and soy allergy and they will wipe the counter, change gloves, and change serving spoons at the cold section to avoid cross contamination.“

“Pretty good! Service was fast, food was made well and having ordered off the app, I appreciate the system for labeling the individual orders. The restaurant was clean and the staff were efficient. There were also a fun variety of drinks and the tacos and burritos are designed to be customizable. Its a neat place!
The red sauce they sell is especially amazing. It has a kick from the start and a lingering spice. Very good!

I will add some cons though but dont lean into my review too much, I may have misused the app or overlooked things.
Like many fast food chains in the valley, Chipotle is quite expensive. Especially if you try to get more than a basic burrito/tacos, it is about $2.00 to add cheese, and $3.00 to add salsa (I didnt realize how large the salsa containers were though). My burrito fell apart but this is no fault of the staff, who assembled my overloaded burrito skillfully.
As far as service, I had 3 drinks ordered but was given the cups to fill myself. It was just me picking up and there were 3 cups to fill so a drink carrier would have been nice but I managed.
Now I will say, the interior is barebones basic. If not for the name, the restaurant could easily be anything else. Not necessarily a bad thing,they don't advertise the atmosphere and I dont always need to see Mexican flair just because its named Mexican grill, but dining in doesn't seem to aim at being a memorable experience. It's a Burger King of mexican restaurants.“

“Food was fresh, we had the steak bowl. Rice was cooked and not hard. Staff was very courteous. Went when they were busy, restrooms were clean, tables got cleaned very fast when customers left. 5 star. Little pricey but so is everything else.“

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options — just don’t get meat & the staff answer whether each side is vegetarian.“

“I ordered to go and I don't think I'm going to eat at Chipotle ever again. EVERY single time I eat at ANY Chipotle, I get very very sick to my stomach. Not anything this specific location has done but I know I always hear stories from people who have gotten sick from Chipotle. If you have sensitive stomach then I don't recommend you go here. But the customer service and everything else at this location was AWESOME! I would go back ONLY to hang out with the restaurant team. 😇😁“

“First time ever going to get chipotle and people tell me it’s really good and this hyped me up , I go and order and everything is alr nothing bad but the food choice is well… very little options which is fine but I expected more and the taste not much going on. I had higher expectations but it was ight , don know if I’ll ever come back though maybe the food is not for me. Other than that everything else was fine nice place“

“Used the app to order for take out and found it very easy to use. Food was ready when I arrived with no waiting and with no mistakes. I haven't had them in years and found the food not as good as back in the day, but would still choose over taco bell anyway.“
