The food is great! The orders are hot, or cold when getting the custard. It's nice having a location that is in this area. Lots of cold treat options, but cheese curds and a Concrete Mixer know how to hit the spot.

After a poor experience my first time around, I received an apology from the manager and a free value basket in the mail.
I came back in and they got my order 100% correct.
Their customer service, no matter what location is really good.
The amount of fries that you get are kinda laughable. But overall this place hits the spot and rarely disappoints

This is a brand new location. I placed an order off the app and arrived earlier than I thought I would, since I was coming from work. The staff kept saying they were sorry for the wait even though I was early.
