Great customer service. Ordered online and picked up through the drive through, the girl at the window ensured there were napkins in the bag. Got home and realized an item was missing. Went back and the employee at the counter apologized and made the item fresh. Great employees. Everyone makes mistakes and their attitudes were great.
I usually come to this location about 3-4 times a month. While it's only happened a few times, I've tried to call the store to inform them, someone forgets to add flavoring requested in the coffee. When you're going through the drive thru, I'm not necessarily drinking my coffee right away. You can tell as it has absolutely no tastes. So can't exactly request to have it added. Staff just needs to do a better job and double checking when making orders.
I had been going to another Dunkin’ location prior to this one opening - one that was very inconsistent. Orders were often inaccurate or poorly made, and wait times were VERY long. Since this location launched, I have ordered coffee and breakfast items consistently and have not had any problems whatsoever.
