I usually come to this location about 3-4 times a month. While it's only happened a few times, I've tried to call the store to inform them, someone forgets to add flavoring requested in the coffee. When you're going through the drive thru, I'm not necessarily drinking my coffee right away. You can tell as it has absolutely no tastes. So can't exactly request to have it added. Staff just needs to do a better job and double checking when making orders.
I had been going to another Dunkin’ location prior to this one opening - one that was very inconsistent. Orders were often inaccurate or poorly made, and wait times were VERY long. Since this location launched, I have ordered coffee and breakfast items consistently and have not had any problems whatsoever.

I am very impressed with this dunkin donuts store. My husband ran to get me my favorite order, large iced caramel macchiato with an added shot and omlette bites. My first sip told me no Carmel was added. He went back, without the first order, and they made it right without pause or question! I'm sure it helped that he told them he was in trouble with his wife. The manager said to him this will make it better! It did 😁👏👏👏
