So visited the store for the first time today. Took our order. Then we began to wait. I counted 9 employee's in the shop. 7 with red shirts, 2 with black shirts. There was only 1 employee working! Faith was the name of the young lady. She was in the dinning area wiping down tables and taking care of dirty dishes left behind. All other employees were leaning on the front counters talking. Its FAST food ITALIAN, So do not set your expectations of having a 5-star restaurant experience. That being said, I went to my first Fazoli's in Wisconsin, back in 2000, and imo the menu and the flavors have improved, just wish the all you can eat breadsticks they are famous for were more consistent, soft and buttery. Overall the experience was good, however they really need to crack the whip a bit on replenishing the condiment, napkin, silverware area.
