Cashier automatically rounded up my total for donation without asking and noticed after I paid. Not a huge deal but maybe ask the customer if THEY want to donate THEIR money beforehand. Imagine if every place I ate at did this… an additional 3.5% cost to me. Seems rash and rude.
This used to be my absolute favorite place to eat at, I would order atleast twice a week. I would even prefer firehouse over a lot of nice dine in restaurants. But one day it just all changed, every time I had received my sandwich they always over toasted the bread. To the point of being very hard to chew, I got so frustrated I decided to go to a firehouse that was further away, and had the opposite problem, they had under toasted it and the bread had tasted extremely doughy....read full review

We almost didn’t stop in. So glad we did! Both workers provided great service. My daughter and I shared a sub and they took that into consideration when serving. They gave us our subs separately. They were kind and attentive! It’s the little things.
