“I've been here about 5 times now. I'll admit I've not tried many hot pot places and the other one I did try was way worse than this one. Great selection of veggies, noodles, meats & seafood. I've only ever had their Sukiyaki broth, a little bit savory & sweet! The not having free refills kinda irks me since you're paying $35 bucks a person.“
“Best hotpot I've had in Phoenix so far. Very authentic Asian hotpot experience and their Wenyu Special Spicy is just like mala you'd find in Taiwan with lots of peppercorns and spices. Deluxe AYCE is a bit pricey, but has some pretty authentic menu items. They also have 3-flavor broths with is rare.“
“This is my first time eating at jin shabu, and it has been one of the best places I’ve eaten at. The meat and seafood are really good, and the place is really vibrant and aesthetic. The staffs (Kayling, AJ, Kyle, and Malian) are super nice, friendly and considerate, as they always check up on us and ask if we need or want anything. I would definitely recommend coming back and bring more friends and family!“
“I have always had great experience at Tang’s. We reached 10 mins to closing time (and they remain open till wee hours in the morning) and the owner welcomed us eagerly. I was very impressed by their hospitality. And of course, we love their food. The cumin beef, chonching chicken and their green beans are our favourites. last winter we tried their fish in hot pot and again, we loved it!! Highly recommend if you like spicy Sichuan cuisine.“
“We ordered the Chinese sauerkraut fish with two bowls of rice. We thought it was not sour enough at first so we asked if we could have more vinegar/ sour pickles. It was perfect after adding the extra bowl vinegar and sour pickles. It was a good portion for two people.“
“I enjoyed the tea with jelly! I would come here to order that again. I enjoyed the hot pot but I'm not sure I would order it again. It came with a lot of food and seafood inside the pot and the flavor was good. However I did not like that the flame was not adjustable and you could not turn off the flame, you just had to wait until it burned out. This resulted in the food inside the pot getting way overcooked (all the food is already inside the pot when it is served to your table). The inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean and spacious. It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but it got busier later in the night so try going earlier if you want to avoid a wait.“
“I have never experienced anything SO SATISFYING. This is definitely comfort food for all types of weather, but rainy days are perfect.Service is pretty fast and you just ordered via the QR code on the table. They bring out your order on this propane display to keep the bowl hot and boiling for you.I always order the Lamb pot but I've heard really good things on the other items.“
