We had a great experience at Icho. We came early at 5 pm, and we were able to get seating for our group of 6. If you come later it may be best to call ahead if you have a larger party, since the space is smaller and fills up fast. The fish was fresh tasting and there wasn't any fishy flavor. All the flavors were good, and we had a great time. They did run out of ice for the water though, so if you like ice water it may not be available. We also got the chicken katsu curry...

My wife found this place and boy was I happy she did. Some of the best sushi I’ve had here. I lived in Tokyo, Japan for 3 years so my expectations are always high for sushi snd those guys met and exceeded expectations. This place isn’t that big so suggest you come early if possible.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. The ambience is stunning. This izakaya seems to command a respect without a word being spoken.
Every guest speaks just loud enough to hear each other. Hardly ever more than a whisper it seems.
The lighting is calming and tranquil. Service is quick and friendly. Food is always prepared fresh. It's not very large yet seats quite a few. The music overhead seems to sooth the soul.
