This was our 1st time trying Icho Izakaya Sushi. To start, our waitress was super sweet and helpful. She answered all of our questions with a smile which definitely set the mood for a wonderful evening. I ordered a spicy rainbow truffle roll, while my boyfriend ordered the vegas roll. We both really enjoyed the quality of sushi and decided to order two more rolls. We ended up ordering the seared salmon deluxe roll ( i believe this is the name) and a smoked salmon Philly roll....
