I’ve had trouble with many jack in the box locations over the years. So much that I’ve written them off entirely. To my surprise this location had fantastic food and service. I even came back and had the same great experience as last time. Truly a remarkable location. I’ll be returning but only to this location.
So I just wanted to say thank you to Leslie, girl working in the window. You are awesome. My order had gotten messed up. I came back and she fixed it. No issues. Super professional. Y'all should really give her a raise. Thank you!

Went through the drive up window to get breakfast. Wound up with a handful of hot sauce that I didn’t want. I told the girl getting my order NO SAUCE . I got sauce anyway. The people readying orders need to listen to people. No sauce means no sauce.
