“This was my first time at jersey mikes & Alyssa& the other gentleman that was with her were very welcoming and helpful. My sandwich is really good and they provided excellent customer service. They acknowledged me when I walked in & asked me how I’m doing and asked me how they can help me. I will definitely be back. This place is definitely a great experience and the price was such a good deal.“

“We love the king sized Philly cheese steak as we share it between two of us. We add mushrooms and it is delicious. Our second favorites are #7 Turkey done Mikes way and tuna for my spouse. The rewards are easy to claim and use. Staff is well trained and friendly.“

“I’m a frequent Jersey Mike’s visitor but there is something different about this location. The kindness and willingness to help me customize my sandwich by Ahmadou and Tristan was unbelievable.

Ahmadou took his time taking my order and never made me feel like I was rushed. What amazing service I’m be coming back to this location only from now on just cause of them!“

“This is a very good location. We always order in the store so we can control the outcome, spend more money, and have it made fresh. The staff listens well and always respond. I do not believe they have gotten an order wrong in the past 4-5 years

Had a minor issue - not that big of deal. The management ownership promptly took care of it. We're impressed because many, many restaurants - some with an expensive dine-in menu, will neither acknowledge a complaint or a suggestion after you have spent a much larger sum of money.

The Jersey Mike's chains do not have to care about its customers, and will sell millions of good tasting eats without us.
Their attitude and receptiveness is another reason we go there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Although there are a pair of handicap parking places in front of the store these are also shared by many of the other businesses in the plaza. Access to the actual store would be challenging but that is due to Mesa, and much of Maricopa and Pinal Counties failing at being compliant with Federal Americans with Disabilities laws and guidelines. Just part of Arizona living. Surprising given the number of handicapped snowbird visitors there are.“

“I've been spoiled with places like Potbelly so keep that in mind when reading this review.This place is good but it's not gonna blow you away. If you want a real quality Italian sub go to Potbelly. They offer extra toppings like artichoke hearts which even if Jersey Mike's offered that as a topping, it still would be a lesser quality sub if that makes sense. If Potbelly was as close to me as Jersey Mike's, I would never go to Jersey Mike's again. I come here because the location is more convenient for me.“

“You don't know what you have until it's gone, I moved to Glendale about a month ago and have tried two different Jersey Mike's and both are horrible. I used to come to this place like once a week, the service and the sandwiches are amazing. I'd always get a #8 or a southwestern cheese steak.This is the only place I've ever been a regular at and I sure do miss it already. Whoever runs this place, runs it right. Great employees and always great food.“
