Jersey Mike's Subs in Mesa

“I placed a pick-up order. I tried the jersey mikes tuna sandwiches, the one that went viral online. Let me just say that rosemary bread makes a world difference. I enjoyed my sandwiches. It was more on the wet side because of the sauce, but i would order it again. Also, this location was popping during their lunch hour. But all the workers worked efficiently and were super hands-on.“

“I’m a frequent Jersey Mike’s visitor but there is something different about this location. The kindness and willingness to help me customize my sandwich by Ahmadou and Tristan was unbelievable.

Ahmadou took his time taking my order and never made me feel like I was rushed. What amazing service I’m be coming back to this location only from now on just cause of them!“

“I wanted to give a shout out to one of your team members, Ace. While he was making my subs I told him I couldn’t believe how quick he was. He said he’s done it a few times before lol I asked him how long he’s been there and he said four years I said do you like it? He said he really did and that he was the shift lead. He took the time to greet me have a conversation as he was working like a well oiled machine. You’re lucky to have him. It’s nice to see that there are still employees that take the time to make sure the customer still have a great experience even if it’s just for a few minutes.“

“Me and my husband went in a few days ago and as always the food was amazing! The workers there were super friendly except one, I believe his name is Andrew, he was very short with me and acted like I was bugging him. What's weird is me husband, who ordered before me, had a very pleasant and friendly chat with him but once I ordered he became very closed off and short tempered. I didn't understand what he said to me at first and he proceeded to raise his voice at me. After that I felt very uncomfortable so when I went to ask him, as nicely as I could, to not put oil or vinegar on my sandwich he rolled his eyes at me and mumbled something under his breath. After he finished topping my sandwich he went back to being super friendly to the next guy in line. I get people have bad days but it was weird that he was nice to go the guys in line but once I ordered I got nothing but glares. I don't want to give this place a one star because it it's a very nice place I just wish this interaction was better.“

“Don't have these where I am from. I was really surprised to see them actually slicing meat and cheese in front of me right before it went onto my sandwich. Guy helping me today was really out going and friendly. Place was clean, sandwich was good. I have not got a single complaint about the place.“

“We come here alot, always takeout, however this time I got ripped off on my sandwich for $11. I ordered the ham and provolone. I got 1/2 of what I usually get ham, provolone and lettuce. I requested pickles, honey mustard, mayo and onions (1 little string of onion) Didn't get any if these added. It seems that everytime we go here it goes downhill further and further. And for the price just don't seem worth it much anymore.“
