“When you walk in, 95% of the time, they greet you. I think, when hiring, they hire people with above average personalities. I haven't been disappointed yet. The food is very fresh and they will fix it anyway you want. My wife prefers Mike's Way, and that gets you an automatic array of condiments and oils. I'm a lettuce, mayo, mustard guy. And yes, you can get it toasted. Their giant is at least a two mealer. It's very large. And the rewards are well worth the effort of becoming a member. We get a free subs all the time. You need to check this place out.“

“I've been caring for my 83 year old dad for over 1.5 years now. This place has been my go to place since relocating to Chandler. They make the freshest, healthiest and fairest priced sandwiches in the valley by far. The staff is always great!!! I've dealt with Miranda, Sarah and Amy multiple visits. They always always greet you with a warm smile, very attentive, and make me feel like I'm part of the family. They always ask about my dad's health, not just to pass the time. They're all actually concerned and pass along that they hope he recovers ASAP. The food here is amazing , but the staff takes the experience to a whole new level. Anyone who passes on visiting this place is truly missing out! I've lived in AZ over 30 years now and this is by far, the BEST sub sandwich place in the east valley!“

“I work over at Lowe’s and everyday they I come in, they remember my order and never mess up. Carter is one of my favorites that I see. Tung is the coolest and even hooks me up. They treat regulars kind so I recommend to keep eating here. Regardless if you are or aren’t a regular, they still treat you like a friend. Lucas the manager also super chill and got a good playlist, no glaze. I don’t think I’ve had an issue one time with the people or food here and I’m lucky to be 100 feet away.“
