“My company ordered a large catering order from a different location, and they absolutely butchered it. None of the sandwiches were labelled, some were missing and most of them were wrong- ontop of them having it done 15 minutes late.
Fast forward, I ended up speaking to the Director, Kory, and he was so kind. He offered to make us a new catering order on him, any day we would like and threw in some cookies. Not only that, but he made the order HIMSELF. Talk about going above and beyond! I can confidently say I support this restaurant in particular because while it may be a franchise, it is ran by someone who cares about his customers and their experience. Thank you so much :)“
“Brody & Logan were incredible tonight; they help attend us even though we came in a couple minutes before closing and they were very friendly! Speedy service and they are always kind and courteous when we come to eat dinner! 10/10 team members and great customer service skills! They are also very understanding about my boyfriend’s gluten allergy! They were super talkative and the store was VERY clean! They always get my order right! Always super fresh and tasty!“

“I had been charged through the app but the app said my order didn’t go through so I called the store to see what they could do. I believe I spoke the store manager and she handled it immediately. She offered to make the food free of charge if we could pick it up. We got down there and the three girls working that day were the sweetest. They all apologized for the inconvenience and got us out quickly. I hadn’t been in the store in a long time but I can see a lot of changes. The manager told me that this location was bought out by a new owner. Clearly this owner cares more. The store is cleaner, more efficient and the employees are much nicer. I no longer feel like I need to order online anymore to avoid all of the past problems I’ve had. Thank you!“
“I’m a frequent Jersey Mike’s visitor but there is something different about this location. The kindness and willingness to help me customize my sandwich by Ahmadou and Tristan was unbelievable.
Ahmadou took his time taking my order and never made me feel like I was rushed. What amazing service I’m be coming back to this location only from now on just cause of them!“
