“Excellent customer service at the drive-thru. Seriously — I long ago lost the dream of a considerate, attentive interaction with fast food employees, and then here comes the KFC on Power Rd to restore my faith! I have had several transactions at this location and received excellent service and accurate orders every time. They’re doing something right with service culture training at this location — and it’s so appreciated!“

“It is a KFC. But service as fast, food was hot, tasted like KFC, and it was overpriced. But isn't that true for everything since the democrats took office? Sick of it! Pretty soon it will take a wheel barrow of cash to get a liaf of bread.“

“The service has always been good. The complaint that I have is that the chicken thighs, and I'm sure all the other ones have gotten considerably smaller. So what they've done is decreased. The size of the box they come in. So you don't notice that the thighs are smaller. I love the taste of their chicken.“

There was a little wait on the original chicken but they gave extra hot sauce.Everyone had a smile, and a good attitude and he even threw a extra mashed potatoes. I will always drive out of my way to come to this KFC because the service is so good. I had to even stop and ask myself am I in Arizona because I usually don't get good service in this state.“

“Visited KFC last week, and while the food was average (pretty mid, if I’m honest), the service completely made up for it. The team members Solay and Mya were so sweet and professional—it felt like being welcomed by family.
Solay, in particular, was incredibly friendly and had this warm energy that made the experience enjoyable. Honestly, her cheerful attitude made everything better.

The service was also impressively fast, which is always a plus. Even though the food wasn’t the highlight, I’d come back just for the amazing service. Shoutout to Solay and Mya for making my day brighter!“
