KFC in Phoenix

“All I want to say is Jason was awesome! Unfortunately I had to place a pick up order, I dont like ordering online because the food is never really fresh and I don't trust the 3rd party delivery drivers. He took my order over the phone and he helped me out so that I can still use my coupon even when my daughter was picking up the order. I sent the picture of the coupon to my daughter and he still honored it even though it was a paper coupon. I work in the industry, I appreciate Jason's hospitality skills! Some employees like to be fussy about thingshonoring these kind of things which frustrates me because $$$ is $$$! There is too much competition out there when it comes to the food industry. When you have customer service like this one it really does go a long way and helps with building sales even tho its just a coupon. Thank you Jason for your wonderful customer service keep up the good work and hopefully you get a raise soon you deserve it“

“There’s a KFC that’s much closer to me, and repeatedly there have been problems. Ranging from running out of chicken and unable to fulfill a chicken order I already paid for, sides we requested that I paid for, did not give us items we paid for, and overall just a bad experience.

This KFC here at this location has never given me any of those excuses, never forgot any items I purchased, food is awesome and fresh, and always has been extremely friendly. I’m really glad I can still get my KFC fix at a reliable spot - even if I have to drive a little bit further just to get great KFC, it’s worth every penny.

“I would like to express my five star satisfaction with the service I received today. I visited this establishment during my lunch break to purchase a quick meal, and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the service.

Michael was the gentleman who helped me figure out the best way to order and he even packed my meal, way to multitask!

“The service was excellent. The young woman explained that the chicken was being freshly prepared and let me know there would be a short wait, asking if I was okay with it. When the chicken came out fresh and hot, the gentleman brought it over and apologized again for the wait. The hot and spicy wings were absolute fire — just as impressive as their top-notch customer service. All brings my childhood memories back!“

“The manager Renae took my order at the drive thru. My food was already placed and confirmed to be ready and she herself confirmed it. However, she mad me wait at the window for 30+ minutes( no one even checked/opened the window). It got so ridiculous that I left the drive thru, parked, and had to pick up my food in the front. The food was already ready so she just made me wait for no reason. Can’t believe the manager is slacking off and on her phone the entire time. Edit: Just found out that they didn't give the correct sauces(i paid extra) and gave me cold wedges and didnt even give me the drink they charge $4. There is no way this is supposed to be allowed. I got scammed out of my time, money, and food, what the hell?! Edit: I was able to resolve the issue after talking with a manager on the phone. Fast and very supportive“

“This location was very busy. I think they were short staffed and seemed to be running out of food. Unfortunately, mistakes were made. However, the manager fixed them promptly. She was genuinely apologetic and took extra care to make sure we left satisfied. By far my favorite location, even on a "bad" day. Be patient friends, we are all human and doing the best we can...“

“We bought the 20$ build your bucket chicken, it was cooked good, I personally have the echk with chicken, however it was not gooey crust was great, 4 sides I was expecting the big ones 🙃 it was the tiny little bowl ones 🤣 😭 it’s okay to 2 adults & 1 child , in my case it’s was for my fiancé & my self, I’m not a big eater bc of my anatomy & preparing for tummy tuck in July 👌🏼, let’s not forget the biscuits were FIRE FIRE they were soooo soft , I resisted ate half but my goodness with honey and midnight snack yummmmmmy 😂 , cashier was patient and was plus size worked 4/22@ close to 6 pm“
