KFC is a popular place for fresh and tasty chicken, with polite staff and quick service. The restaurant is generally clean both inside and outside. Recently, the staff has improved, with one employee named Dory being especially friendly, patient, and attentive. Customers have appreciated her kindness and love, which makes the experience much better. The drive-thru is usually quick and friendly, with some staff members, like a girl in the drive-thru, being sweet and fun to talk to. However, service can still sometimes be slow, and orders may occasionally be incorrect, such as receiving a leg instead of a thigh. Customers are advised to check their orders before leaving. While the restaurant looks good most of the time, staff can sometimes seem distracted and not pay full attention. Despite these issues, many people still choose KFC for a quick, hot meal, especially when they have a deal or craving fried chicken.
