The guy who gave me my food he told in front of the assistant manager that he was aware he gave me the wrong food….WHAAAAT??? They should close down tbe restaurant

Went inside to order. The guy inside didn’t say a word for 5 minutes. Then told me to wait. Watched about 5 cars pull thru the drive through and order before he said hold on. Then took two more orders.When I did order he was very rude. When you asked him if the potato side came with gravy he got even more rude.After ordering he told me the total. Pointed at the card machine and walked away. When he came back with my food he set it down, said here you go and walked away. Didn’t give me a receipt or offer me one. If I wasn’t on a mission for mashed potatoes for my wife who just had some dental work I would have walked out. Older Hispanic guy. Didn’t get a name cuz he didn’t give me time to ask and didn’t have a name tag. Fix him

Laziest damn KFC in the valley. This is the second time I've come after work to grab dinner for the family and they shut everything down at 10:15pm. They're supposed to be open until 11. When you call to ask if they had chicken they give attitude. Drove all the way for nothing...Change the hours to 10 on the website if theu want to go home early.

Ordered an $8 wrap combo (2 wraps a fry and a drink) 2 additional wraps 2/$5 and a bowl. Paid $30 for slow service. Made it home to find out they left out my fry. All 4 wraps were the most pitful wraps I have ever seen. Tiny. Barely dressed at all and the pickles were disgusting. Absolutely awful tasting. The chicken was cold and looked old. The bowl was ok but really had no flavor. Tried calling multiple times to only get a busy tone. Drove back to the location to find 3 young employees which I had to explain myself to each one by one as they passed me off from one to the other none of them a Manger or able to help me in any way. In the end the young man working said he called a manager. I was told the Manger would be back at 4 tomorrow.Also want to add the drive thru is poorly lit to the point you can only see half the menu with ease. 0/10 do not recommend. Will not be dining there again.
