Being from Pittsburgh I had my first Lou’s pizza when visiting friends in Chicago. They took me to the original restaurant. Loved it from day 1! And the one in Mesa is just as good! Wish they’d open one in Pittsburgh! The salad is just as amazing! Highly recommend Lou’s!
Came highly recommended by a friend from her days in Chicago. I was not impressed, first off don't expect a large pizza. I ordered a small and it was small BUT it cost me 27.00 bucks. I was not impressed with the taste or toppings. I can say I tried them and that will have to do.

I had never heard of this place. I wanted to try a Chicago deep dish. It was okay. Not great. Just okay. It would have been so much better if the pizza dough didn't taste exactly like homemade biscuits. That's what turned me off. That and the $50 price tag for a large pizza.
