my family has a working theory that either you get fresh fries that have zero salt or you get soggy fries with excessive salt. please mcdonalds, FILL MY LARGE DRINK ALL THE WAY UP. AGH. its so annoying to ask them to fill it up properly and then they just put more ice in.
I had never been to this McDonald's location before this morning, and I will probably never come here again. We walked in and ordered from the self-ordering kiosk. We waited for about 10 minutes before we went up to the front to ask about our order (3 big breakfasts, 1 had hotcakes) and after receiving them, we had to go up to the front 2 more times because things kept getting forgotten after we had asked for them (hashbrowns, syrup, butter, jelly, and utensils). Stood at the counter and even though the restaurant wasn't busy the employees ignored me and acted like I was invisible , I even asked out loud could I place my order and still I was ignored until I SHOUT and then I got to place my order, the cashier said I should have used a order screen, I've tried in the past and it's very
