Burgers looked like they had been sat on. Fries were limp and undercooked. Nuggets were tiny and gross. No soda machine in the lobby. No ketchup, no napkins, but plenty of signs warning you that sauce is an extra charge. No worker in the lobby. When the food I ordered on the kiosk was ready they threw it on the counter. Of all the McDonalds in the area we’ve had the best experience with this one. Keep up the quality and friendliness, we appreciate it.
Ordered curbside, waited over 20 minutes (there was not a lot do of people here). Food finally comes out, fries and burger were cold and forgot a whole happy meal.

Staff members are friendly and provide excellent customer service, as seen with Justin, who is noted for his pleasant and humorous demeanor. Although there was a disappointing Double Quarter Pounder in the past, the staff went above and beyond by offering extra hashbrowns and a larger coffee. The cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the restaurant has been praised, with clean tables contributing to an enjoyable visit. While the orange juice machine was down at one point, the staff handled the situation well, ensuring that customers still had a great experience. The food has also received high marks, with some describing the cheeseburgers as seasoned with care and even likening the taste to fine wine. Overall, this McDonald's has become a place where both food and service reign supreme, making it a delightful stop for customers.
