This is made from scratch good old fashioned soul food. I am stunned by the negative reviews. I ordered the chicken and my friend ordered the shrimp, catfish and chicken. I had the Mac with collard greens. We ordered an appetizer of okra. Every single dish was on point. Chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. The catfish has a delicious breading and was perfect. My experience has been nothing but exceptional at either places I visited. The food is amazing and carefully prepared and served.
I appreciate the wait time because the food is perfect never had a complaint. Being that they make the food to order I do not mind waiting for hot fresh and delicious food. Which is why I come there. If I want something quick I’ll go to Popeyes. 💝❤️🥰

Exceptional food and service. The catfish was the best we’ve ever had, and the wings and sides were excellent. Portions are large and satisfying. Everything is cooked to order, so there may be a short wait, but it’s well worth it. If you’re in a hurry, order ahead and your food will be ready when you arrive. Truly a rare jewel — highly recommended!
