Normally enjoy going here but recently went and the girl with red hair and tattoos was so short, they weren’t busy at all and she acted like we were and inconvenience, it annoying to spend almost $10 on a ice cream sandwich and be treated that way
I had been looking for a place that has both cold and warm sweet treats and you get it all-in-one here! I got the donut filled with honey lavender ice cream and fruity pebbles topping and it was even better than expected! Great place to get a sweet treat if you’re looking for cold and baked/warm elements
We had a Novel Ice Cream truck at our daughter's high school graduation party. It was an absolute hit! The ice cream was delicious as expected, but additionally, the staff was so nice, helpful, and amazing with our guests at the event. I would highly recommend the Novel Ice Cream truck for a special celebration!
