From the plaza on Central, Chase Tower looks like a white box with a bite taken out of it. The shade at ground level was the whole point at 3 p.m.; a guard said the upper floors aren't a lookout, so I sat on the low wall and finished a bottle of water.

I ordered the Carne Asada dinner, which was served with tortillas, rice, and creamy beans; the entire meal was delicious. Additionally, I enjoyed a well-prepared and refreshing Michelada.
I also want to commend our server, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the meal. Thank you for the excellent food and service.
