Pizza Hut in Mesa

“I usually order from here when I'm at work due to not being able to take a lunch. This time they actually read my note to where I put to enter through my departments double doors, which was very convenient for me so I wouldn't have to leave my department alone. I wasn't able to get the drivers name because I was busy but thank you for reading and following instructions.“

“Hello I am a single mother of a 4-year-old and I had ordered pizza and of course things happen and somebody had eaten some of my pizza and crushed most of the food and just left it at my door without letting me know. I contacted Pizza Hut the place that I had ordered from which was the Main in Mesa location and a woman named Samantha was so amazing she made me feel so much more comfortable about the situation and that she was going to be able to refund me and she was so kind. She stated that she would also ask Pizza Hut to ban the driver that delivered my food for the future customer. I basically just wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you“

“I had placed an order for Delivery.
Later I get a text saying my Door Dash Driver Personally handed me my food.
She did not! My food was never delivered I searched the area and neighbors to see if the Pizza had been wrongly delivered it had not been.
After over an hour looking in 120°+ temperature I finally called Pizza Hut to report and to get a Pizza since the one I wanted was never delivered.
Phillip at Pizza Hut on Broadway and Lindsay Apologized and remade my order I did change it to pickup and I went to pick up my order and I was impressed with Phillip his mannerisms and sincere attitude were authentic I recommend this Pizza Hut.
I Do Not Recommend Door Dash.“

“Skylar was very professional and courteous on the phone when he immediately called me after I placed my delivery order. He kindly let me know they were out of my topping of choice, and called to ask me to pick another topping.

I did, and boy do they make the pizzas great here! My pizzas were LOADED with toppings and the extra sauce that I ordered. All my boneless wings were half the size of chicken fingers and generously sauced. My cinnamon rolls were also delicious! They also delivered my order within 30 minutes of me placing it, and everything arrived PIPING HOT AND FRESH.

Couldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut enough! If you like your pizzas made the right way, come to THIS Pizza Hut. I was grateful to receive the excellent customer service and commitment to keeping my food fresh and hot. thanks Skylar and the team here! Will definately be ordering delivery again!!“

“I had no issues ordering online, I work just across the street from them. I was able to pick up my order in 15 minutes. It was exactly what I ordered. No issues with the taste or anything. I had no other interactions aside from pain from my order and getting my food. No major concerns for me on my end. Will order again.“

“They open at 10:45A.M. on Sundays, it says 9:45 A.M.. but you could put in a order over the phone at 9:45A.M. & just pick up your order in person at 10:45A.M..

“So today i used the pizza hut app and it was a huge mess up , so when I called the first time they said a manager would call me in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes finally called back and got to speak with MICHAEL. Thank u Michael for all your help tonight. I appreciate you. Now we can all eat :)“

“We really enjoyed our food tonight! The only issue was that we ordered for delivery and because this place doesn’t have its own delivery drivers, our order got passed off by a door dasher. We called the store to check on it and Mike the manager was so helpful! He felt so bad about the order that he brought it to us personally. He was so sweet when he came by too! They did a great job with our food and we don’t hold them responsible at all for the order being late.“
