We’ve been in twice to celebrate birthdays (both my sons eat here at least 2-4 times a month) and even though they don’t take reservations on Saturday nights, they are always willing and helpful to accommodate our 9-12 person party. Every staff member that I have encountered has been 5 star.“

Ah, a taste of home! I had the Yatai ramen with double noodles (Canadians will appreciate the Double Double), broth is delicious, noodles cooked perfectly, just Two Thumbs Up!!

“Great food, outstanding service. The food arrives quickly and is delicious. There is plenty of parking being the restaurant is part of a shopping center. The only downside is that it is small. There is 7 four person seats and 2 two persons seats. I recommend it if you're looking for sushi or Pho.“

“Kazu Ramen in Gilbert, AZ was absolutely phenomenal. Vina was our waitress, and she was so pleasant and helpful with the menu. We had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Hendra, and he’s got something special going with this restaurant. Stop by, say hi, and eat away! I ate the kazu ramen, and Janelle ate the katsu-men. Delicious stuff! We’ll be back.“

“Really enjoyed dinner here, and it was nice sitting on the patio. They had a happy hour menu that extended to the end of their hours so that was nice. The food and service was great, with the ramen really the highlight. But they did have a really nice selection of rolls of which many were available on the happy hour menu.“

“We had a fun lunch with coworkers. There is a lunch special of all you can eat. The six us must have placed four orders. Everyone was able to find something they liked and the small plates format let us try new things. I thought I didn't like sushi 🍣. Now I know I do... Some of it anyway.“

Stopped in for a Tuesday nightcap and was greeted so warmly. Sat at the bar just looking for a drink and was blessed by her presence and genuine personality. I typically read while I have my evening sip but found myself enjoying the music and her company. She took the time to have an authentic conversation, which I find rare living in New York.

Working in luxury retail has taught me the importance of hospitality over service. Hailey delivered authentic hospitality. She listened to me complain about the lack of water in my hotel and sent me home with a cup of water.

Truly enjoyed my time and above all, enjoyed getting to chat with someone who made me feel so welcomed. Looking forward to visiting on my next trip.“

“This place reminds me of being back in Japan, very authentic and flavorful. Today was a colder day so we opted for some warm ramen and it hit the spot. The nigiri was fresh and melted in our mouth. Conveniently located by the office we walked over with no wait for lunch right before it got packed.“

It came quickly and neatly packaged, which I loved, however, portion of soup 🍜 was much smaller than it is on location, liquid barely filled the bowl it was brought in , Leaving clients with the impression that unless we go in person to Silverlake Ramen, (Which is a cool location in general ) should probably just skip it :( -“

“I’m a Japanese person living in Arizona, and I really appreciate having a place like this nearby where I can get relatively affordable, authentic Japanese food.

I usually order the katsudon, which is consistently satisfying. The ramen is a bit overcooked for my taste compared to what you would expect in Japan, so I always request the noodles to be cooked firm when ordering.

The atmosphere is also very nice and photogenic, which makes it a good spot for dates as well.“
