“Went after hours and was going to use the outside machine. I placed my $1 bill inside and the machine turned itself off and would not dispense water or return the money. I called the number on the machine, not caring much about the dollar...but to get it repaired. The owner came within 5 minutes, repaired the machine and assisted with filling my water. He even took the water to my car. This trip definitely was alot longer than it should have been, but that customer service deserves 5 stars. Thanks!“

“My friends and I went here a couple of weeks ago to get some shaved ice and we were met by a really nice and welcoming employee named Mack. He was so sweet and answered all of our questions. We ended up going with the sour pink lemonade after Mack suggested it to us! It was so good! I’m so pleased with my experience here.“

“I called to order snow for my child's birthday party, however, I realized that the store would not be open in time for me to pick it up before the party started. The manager, I believe her name is Allison, said she would gladly come in early to get the snow ready for me and we could come pick it up before the store opened. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much! It was a huge hit.“
