I went there Christmas night with a few friends from work. We checked the hours online before driving there since it was in fact Christmas Day. The hours showed that sonic was closing at 11pm due to the holiday. We arrived shortly after 9:30pm. Because we were paying separately we took turns ordering. I'm still waiting for my shakes and I'm seeing others who pulled be fore us getting theirs. Didn't know a mini slushie and small shake takes a half hour to make. Maybe they need to let it melt to soften it more.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through to give my order, had to give it three times and then waited another almost 20 minutes to pay. While watching them work feverishly inside, I could see they were having equipment failure and seem to be understaffed. After receiving my two shakes the adorable blonde helping me, ended up comping us the shakes, for the wait. Even stressed out as they were...they had positive attitudes! Great job!
