The person in front of me at the drive thru had a list. It appears to be long since it takes him a while to order. When he gets to the window, he has to pay with a card. I THINK I am going to be in for a long wait but no, Taco Bell hit it out of the ball park!! They were ridiculously fast in getting his order out AND on top of that the girl at the window was friendly, professional and nice! GREAT JOB!!
Look, it was Taco Bell. You have a baseline expectation of the food when you go in, so let's be honest. That being said, the order was a little slow. They got the order wrong. The dining room had clearly not been cleaned in a couple hours. I could only see 3 employees working, but it was 9:30 at night on a weekday, so headcount may have already been teduy. Anyway, it was ok.
This place is always a gamble yet I keep coming back! Maybe it’s just that good, maybe I’m desperate, or just maybe it’s the magic they sprinkle in my food that beckons me back time and time again. Not to mention that the only blast I need to wet my whistle is a Baja Blast.

Taco Bell offers a variety of options, including the party pack hard tacos. The chicken protein bowl is a good choice for $6.99, although the taco supreme tacos had mostly lettuce and little meat. Despite some slow service, the exceptional manager named Moses at the Higley location goes above and beyond for customers. The drive-thru experience was phenomenal, with staff showing patience and adaptability to dietary restrictions. Even in rainy weather, the cheerful and polite service stood out, making the overall visit enjoyable. This location is never busy, and orders are usually correct, though staff may seem a little bored or lazy at times, and customers might need to repeat orders. The area isn’t the cleanest, but it’s not dirty either. Recent visits included trying the Disha Hot box, which wasn’t worth the hype, but overall, the food and service remain good. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially the cashier, who provides excellent customer service. The food tastes great, and the service is fast, making visits convenient and satisfying.
