Food is always amazing here me And my kids love it here but today I ordered a chimichangas meal with no quac 3 burritos and 2 kids meal when I got home they had put quac on the chimichanga I called and told them what had happen and they said I never told them anything and pretty much it was my fault the girl even argued back and forth with me I had to bring the one that they made wrong all the way back in order to get a new one which was fine and frustrating considering I have to be to work in one hour but what made me frustrated is that I had to go all the back let my food get cold and then they wouldn’t give me a refund for the inconvenience alls they did was make me a new and the girls still had attitude I just think customer needs work especially when it was there fault and I had to go out of the way for something I paid for that they made wrong

I had some great food here! The quality of the meat is pretty good. EDIT: I returned and got the same meal. The experience was not the same as the first. The meat tasted like it was going old before they cooked it and the meat was more over cooked.

Stopped in today and ordered a #1, taco and enchilada. Figured a cheese enchilada and a taco. Got home and the enchilada was filled with meat, onions and bell peppers and NO CHEESE! I'm not a huge fan of onions and very disappointed its not clarified on the menu, would not have ordered it otherwise or I would have clarified I only wanted cheese. Not a good food run today.

I ordered one asada taco. When it was delivered to my table it included two soft corn tortillas and the tender steak meat, guacamole and pico covered the dinner plate. Very authentic taco, nice spicy red sauce on the side
I like coming here. The food is good. The service is OK other than I’m still not sure why when you go to pay with a card they ask for a tip when they haven’t done anything but take your order is this the new normal tipping people for no apparent reason whatsoever

Upon entering we waited at the counter for about 5+ minutes before even being addressed, dispute the person cooking having a clear view and in close proximity to the ordering counter. Finally the cashier came out the bathroom ( it appeared to be just the two there working) and she offered no apologies for the wait. We ordered the 6 street asada tacos special to go. When we got home to eat the meat was burned to crispy and wasn’t edible. We wanted to give this place a shot with all the great reviews and in hopes of a new local go to , but sadly our experience was no where near pleasing. The cashier was definitely pleasant in her attitude but customer service and food quality is def sub par.
Update: 2-12-26@3:39p Called as requested and after identifying myself, the male staff that answered suddenly could not hear me anymore. Called right back from different number and then the male staff could not assist me and was clueless as to who could. I let him know I would add the interaction to my review. Not sure what more information would be needed unless the date and time of purchase which was 2-11-26 approx. 7:06p
