I’m gluten free, dairy free and nut free. They have told me they don’t use gluten in their rice or meats. Besides tortilla. And I don’t seem to have any of my reactions:)

“This was literally some of the best food I’ve ever ate!!! I got the shredded beef breakfast bowl and a blueberry pancake, and both were phenomenal! Truly!! “We enjoyed a nice lunch and great conversation with dear friends who will be moving out of state soon. This was their recommendation for lunch, and I must say it was a good choice. The California and Philly rolls were very tasty from my perspective. Everyone had something different to eat, and everyone enjoyed their choices as well.
The shop is small and seating is basic, but when your out with good friends, enjoying your food, it makes no difference one way or the other. We definitely enjoyed our visit.“

We stayed for a total of 4.5 hours and ordered drinks (many), appetizers (4), food (a few entrees) and shots. Hands down the most enjoyable food coma experience ever. They have delicious food every time and no one else makes some of it - like the eggs Benedict over crab stuffed croissant - and plenty of it. I’m an IPA lover myself but was extremely happy with their Bitter (ESB) brew. The waitress was such a delight as well! Very knowledgeable and helped me find what I like. Plus they offer complimentary snacks. From out of town and will definitely stop by again next time I’m back!“
